Between 1920 and 1937, the employers of the Library (mainly Ms. Emilia Szeliga-Szeligowska) had been collecting press clippings pertaining the Catholic University of Lublin since its inception (the fall of 1918). During the Interwar period, 17 folders worth of materials were compiled for the purposes of the University's chronicle (1936 folder missing).
